TOMASZ HOLLANEK

Research Fellow at CFI

Tomasz is a researcher at the University of Cambridge, working at the intersection of design theory, technology ethics and critical AI studies.

He has recently submitted his PhD thesis, 'Allocentric Design: Critical Practice in the Age of Radical Technological and Environmental Change,' which explores the possibility of reconciling human-centric technology design principles with the goals of sustainable and restorative design for a more-than-human world.

Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence at Cambridge, where he is a part of the 'AI for Just and Sustainable Futures' project. Previously, he was a PhD Student Fellow at LCFI, where he contributed to the Global AI Narratives Project.
